CTS Downstream Magnetic Separator

CTS Downstream Magnetic Separator It is a cylinder type magnetic separator composed of Nd-Fe-B rare earth permanent magnet and downstream tank. It is suitable for wet separation of strong magnetic minerals with coarse particles or removal of mixed strong magnetic minerals in non-magnetic minerals. The machine can continuously feed and discharge ore, with large magnetic field depth, large working gap and strong processing capacity.

The principle of the machine is that when the pulp enters the magnetic field area, the strong magnetic minerals are adsorbed on the surface of the cylinder, the weak magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are thrown off and discharged, and the strong magnetic minerals adsorbed on the surface of the cylinder rotate with the cylinder skin, and are brought out of the magnetic field area, and washed into the concentrate tank with scraper flushing water to complete the separation operation.

Adopted standard: machinery industry standard permanent magnet cylinder magnetic separator, standard number:JB/T 7895-2008.


1. Type

(1) The magnetic system type of magnetic separator is divided into multi pole fan-shaped open composite magnetic system (generally 5 poles, 7 poles, 8 poles, 10 poles, 12 poles, etc.).

Especially for the coarse particles in the concentrator, the pre magnetic separation has a very good effect. The magnetic induction intensity of roller surface is generally required to be 400mt-500m,

The structure of transmission system is simple and easy to maintain (hard tooth surface reducer is adopted). The wear-resistant layer on the surface of stainless steel drum of magnetic separator includes wear-resistant rubber plate, wear-resistant ceramic plate, polyurethane plate, stainless steel and other forms. The service life of wear-resistant layer is related to the particle size of ore and daily working time. Users can choose.
