The characteristics of isolated soy protein -TW920: Being an injection type, it can be processed with other material directly ,or into injection brines; excellent dispersibility to absorb much water and oil, increase output,easy to combine with meat and easily dispersed in the product, this kind of soy protein isolate with good dispersive speed in cold water within 30 seconds in cold water by the ratio 1:10(ISP:water), also keep normal gel strength and emulsification and has lower foam during solubility in water and no agglomeration in cold water,Improve the texture of sausage/ham.

 

Storage: Best storage with under 25℃, in dry and cool place; Keep away from strong odour or volatile materials and moisture during transportation and storage.
