The materials we use for cylinder manufacturing are aluminum, cast of nikasil which are well suited to mass production and the ductile ring (FCD) effective in minimizing friction and reducing heat. The cylinders are manufactured to our SOP's, to meet our stringent quality standards.

We feel there are some problem that affect the chainsaw parts in general but specially cylinders.

many of them are made wrong,and sold retail by people who have no idea .they are looking at or how to test it.so the customers over with a part that dones't work.

We have used and installed every make and model combination we carry on our own saws and repairs here at the shop to absolutely verify that they work and fit well.

The quality of the cut,cast iron rings on our pistons and sold individually is equal to OEM from any premium manufacturer.
