Q1: How to protect the water cooler in winter?

Q2. Why the fiber laser cutting machine can only cut metal materials?

A: The fiber laser cutting machine is mainly used to cut metals. At present, the fiber laser cutting machine on the market cannot cut various non-metallic materials such as clothing fabrics, leather, ores, etc. The reason is very simple. The wavelength range of the fiber laser cutting machine is not absorbed by the above materials. Within the range, or the absorption is not suitable, the ideal cutting effect cannot be achieved.

Note: Fiber laser cutting machine is not recommended to cut rare metal materials such as aluminum and copper for a long time, because these materials are highly reflective materials, the long-term use effect is not good, and the use of consumables will also increase.

Q3. How to reduce the loss of fiber laser cutting machine?

A1. Fill the screws with a little lubricating oil, including the screws on the laser tube support and the first reflector, which can be easily disassembled during maintenance. Note: Do not add lubricating oil to timing belts, energy chains, air pipes, motors, sensors and lenses, wires.

A2. No items can be placed in the machine to avoid unnecessary damage to the machine.

A3. Clean the dust and foreign objects on the metal oil tanker, metal shaft, slider and linear guide rail with cotton cloth, add lubricating oil, and carry out the reciprocating movement in empty line.
